Shipping & Returns Policy

 We will ship your order within 2 -5 business days from the time you have placed an order.  There can be delay for 1 -2 days in  shipping in your area due to unforeseen and uncontrollable conditions such as recipient was un available or circumstances related to severe weather or natural disaster. In such cases shipping fee is non-refundable. We will try our level best to notify customer about the delay and estimated delivery date in such situations.


We will re-ship your order under few circumstances:

1. If the product that is delivered to you is opened, damaged or tampered, you can send us the evidence by taking photographs of the product through mail and our customer care executive will call you for your re-shipment order. Remember to provide us the product with the original package.

2. If the mistake is from our end such as product lost or product mismatch, we will re-ship your order and you should not pay any extra charges for this.

We are not responsible for any wrong or incomplete address from the customer end. If you have provided us with wrong or incomplete address and you have not received your order. You need to again place the order and have to pay for that.
